Fourteen workstations, two quiet rooms and a meeting room added
IT Local has grown considerably in recent years. A few years ago, this already resulted in an extra office in Houten and a few extra workplaces in Arnhem by dividing up the office there a bit smarter. But on some days, especially Mondays, it was sometimes a bit of a struggle to offer every colleague a nice office workplace.
For this reason and also with a view to further growth, we took over part of the space of our client and neighbour Qing since the end of last year. Exactly in line with our current office, so also here with the familiar and always inspiring view of the split of the Lower Rhine and the IJssel.
More quiet areas and a meeting room for standing meetings
A total of 14 workstations have been added. We also added two quiet rooms and a new room for standing meetings. Like our existing meeting rooms, these have also been given Arnhem names: Terlet, Burgers Zoo and Eusebius. In Burgers Zoo you now work from the Ocean and in Eusebius, if you look to the left from your screens, you can see the church clock and the spectacular glass balcony.
Opened at the end of last year
Janique Moelee, business office manager and closely involved in the realisation is happy with the expansion: "During our staff meeting in February, the space was officially opened. Now that everything is, apart from the final touch, completely ready, our employees are using it more and more. Janique: "For example, the Clevir team often works together here and I have daily meetings with my colleagues from the Business Office, standing up, in the new meeting room."
The final touch to i...
"That's the entrance door that's still missing," says Janique. "But that's coming soon. For now, we just walk in and out through our neighbours. Have a little customer contact right away..."
