This is what our approach looks like:
Workshop
We start with a one-day workshop. In it, we go into your vision, goals and needs. So that we understand exactly where your challenges lie. To then inspire you - from those challenges - with all the possibilities the Power Platform has to offer.
Step 1: workshop
What do you want to improve, solve or make better within your company? In our workshop, we are going to talk about that. And we will get to know each other better. We will identify your needs and take you through the possibilities of the Power Platform. We will discuss all factors that influence the success of an IT project: functional, technical and change management factors. At the end of the workshop, we go through our project approach together. You will then receive a clear roadmap or advice on the next steps.
Step 2: action plan
To achieve the desired situation for you, we work out a clear and practical action plan that includes the following components:
- Functional design of the solution. This shows you which functionalities, features and benefits the solution should have. You will also discover which Power Platform components (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents and Power Pages) we use to build the solution. And you will read how the solution integrates with your other apps, data and services.
- Implementation. In this step, we describe how we develop the solution. You will read about our choices of best practices and guidelines we use to guarantee the quality, safety and performance of the solution. Of course, we also cover important issues such as testing and validation.
- Maintenance and support. In this section, you can read all about how we relieve you of worries after going live. For instance, through management and monitoring. You will also find our approach to dealing with changes and maintaining and updating the solution.
Step 3: implementation
Before we start your project, we coordinate the planning fully with you. We start with a joint kick-off. During the development of the solution, we follow best practices and guidelines described in the action plan. This also includes testing and validating the solution.
During implementation, we pay a lot of attention to communication with your employees and train them. So that they can work well with the new solution and benefit from it. We also train your IT administrator(s) and provide documentation.
Step 4: maintenance and support
In the final phase of the project, we will determine together which services are needed to relieve you of all your worries. This also depends on the further change requirements of your organisation. We place new wishes and plans in an IT Roadmap project calendar. In this document, which we discuss periodically, we record all projects and give an indication of the corresponding planning and investment.
After going live, we monitor your environment and our Service Desk is ready to take care of any questions and incidents. Of course, we are also alert to the updates and improvements Microsoft regularly makes to the Power Platform. And we make sure your solution benefits from improved security, performance, availability, new features and functionality.
