Our business consultant Chris Melchers now has a great tool to help you determine priorities together: a Determine your prios-boxwith 31 cards.
How it works
Each card features a topic related to working with Microsoft 365. Chris discusses all the cards in a session. It's up to you and your colleagues to prioritise the topics. Additional topics? You write these down on one of the blank cards. You can use stickers to give extra priority to a topic if necessary.
With the result, we can get to work
Are the cards in order? Then we have a clear picture of how you want to use Microsoft 365 and the desired set-up. And we can get to work on our proposal!
