Make your growth ambitions come true

Growing, improving, innovating... it doesn't happen by itself, but with the use of smart IT you can make things a lot easier for yourself. But how far along are you in this? How is the IT in your organisation doing? Are you satisfied? And are your employees? Do you feel you are getting everything out of it and seizing all business opportunities? As an IT partner, we would like to make sure you are happy with it and realise your growth ambitions!

PPTIT Local-Word training

Smart IT starts with people

At IT Local, IT is all about people. That is why we put people at the heart of everything we do. We use the PPT (People, Process, Technology) model as a compass: we start with the people, your employees. What do they find important, what are their wishes, challenges and ambitions and how can we make them happier in their environment? Then we take stock of their work. What practices and processes are in place and to what extent can we improve them? Finally, technology comes around the corner and we provide appropriate systems and tools to help your employees do their work more easily.
Hanny van Vugt - IT Local

"As an IT partner, we help you grow your organisation by strengthening what is already there. Together, we look at where things can be improved and how IT plays a role in this. This is how we make work more fun, your processes more efficient and your organisation ready for the future."

Hanny van Vugt, commercial director IT Local

Our approach consists of four phases:

1. A good conversation

Before we start working together, we would like to get to know you.

1. We start with a good conversation

Before we start working together, we like to get to know you. We are curious about who you are, what your organisation stands for, where you want to go and what exactly you are looking for in an IT partner. And of course we will tell you more about ourselves and how we envisage the cooperation with your organisation. Is there a click? Do we understand each other? Then the basis is right. Because cooperation works best when it's also a bit of fun, right?

2. Inventory

Are we going to work together after getting acquainted? Then we will take a more detailed look at your organisation during an inventory. We map out the current situation based on our PPT philosophy and look at your employees, your processes and how the IT environment is put together technically:

  • Employees: How do your employees interact with the systems, to what extent is there a need for training or support?
  • Processes: How are the work processes running in practice, where are the frictions and where is there room for improvement?
  • Technology: What exactly is running, how does it work and where are risks or bottlenecks?

We record the findings from our analysis in a thorough document that gives you insight into where you are and where you can go.

Optional: ‘Set Your Priorities’ session
Does your organisation want to start using Microsoft 365? Or are you currently underutilising its capabilities and want to get more out of it? If so, the first step is to determine exactly what you, as an organisation, want to achieve. A great tool for setting priorities is our ‘Set Your Priorities’ box, containing 31 cards covering Microsoft 365 topics. These cover working smarter, communication, security, accessibility, IT adoption and Power Apps. During a session, our consultant will discuss and prioritise these topics together with the key users from your organisation – your colleagues who know the systems well, are often the first to be contacted when questions arise, or who face the greatest challenges. Once the cards have been sorted, we’ll have a clear picture of how you intend to use Microsoft 365 and your preferred setup. We can then get to work on a proposal to set up that environment effectively (in phase 4).

3. Taking control of your IT environment

In this phase, we make the switch to IT Local official. We take over your organisation's IT environment one-to-one and start managing it. No worries about continuity: we ensure a smooth transition in which systems, data and users move neatly into our managed environment. Moreover, we plan the migration moment smartly and very carefully, in close consultation with you. So that your employees are inconvenienced as little as possible. Because change is always exciting, we supervise your employees intensively during this period with our adoption programme.

After the move-in, our Service Desk and Customer Success team will be there for your employees to answer questions and solve problems. And our Management team will watch over your IT environment, so you won't lose any sleep over IT issues.

4. Improving further

Once the IT environment is in place and everyone is familiar with the basics, it is time for the next step: further improvement. We start by putting the environment in order according to our best practices. Think standardisation, security, automation and restructuring where necessary. In this way, we ensure that the basis is truly future-proof. Then we look further together: how can processes be smarter, faster or simpler? Which tools are still not being used optimally? What do your people need to work more efficiently or with more pleasure?

PPT workshop
We prefer to start this phase with our PPT workshop, in which we work together to examine how your people, processes and technology are aligned and, above all, where there is room for improvement. We do this within a strategic framework. With you, your organisation’s key users, our business consultant, one of our management team members and our account manager. In this way, we make the right choices together to drive further growth. We then translate those choices into concrete projects that we will implement. We set out all projects in a clear project calendar, which we regularly discuss and update during our IT roadmap sessions.

IT roadmap
Long-term relationships – that’s what we’re all about! That’s why we provide our clients with a so-called IT roadmap as standard. Together, we periodically review your company’s IT vision, business objectives and requirements, and discuss what we can and want to improve. We record the specific projects that result from this in the project calendar and update them regularly.

In our regular IT roadmap process, our account manager periodically discusses new developments, possible improvements and concrete projects with your organisation's contact person.

IT roadmap Gold
If you want a strategic consultation every six months (a follow-up to the PPT workshop), you can opt for our IT Roadmap Gold. As with the PPT workshop, we do this with you, your organisation's key users, our business consultant, one of our MT members and our account manager.
