The Power Platform in a nutshell

The Power Platform consists of five components:
Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents and Power Pages.

Everything within the platform can be linked together via hundreds of pre-built Data connectors. With AI Builder, we add artificial intelligence (AI) to apps and work processes with ease. Then there is Dataverse: the central place within the platform for storage and management of all structured data within your company.

What exactly do these Power Platform components do?

Power BI

Analyse and display data

Power BI provides valuable insights into your data. With this analysis tool, we can combine and transform data from different sources (even from outside the organisation) for you. Then, we can visualise it beautifully via interactive reports and dashboards.

Power Apps

Develop apps

Power Apps is the section where we can quickly develop an app for you. One that automates part of your work process, digitises forms or otherwise makes your company work smarter. When developing a canvas app, we have full control over the design and layout of the app. If we want to quickly build an app based on standardised data models, we choose a model-driven app.

Power Automate

Automate workflows

Through Power Automate, we automate manual (recurring) tasks within your company and create links between applications. We also call Power Automate the 'Haarlemmerolie of the platform'. It integrates seamlessly with all Microsoft products and services and usually beyond. This allows us to fine-tune all components. Which can greatly improve efficiency or make everything run just that little bit better.

Power Virtual Agents

Build chatbots

Power Virtual Agents... with these, we can design and implement a chatbot for you that communicates with your customers or employees, in different languages. Microsoft uses AI to make the chatbot's answers as human as possible. By incorporating functionalities of other Microsoft products in the chatbot, we can make it even more powerful.

Power Pages

Create websites

With Power Pages, we'll put a complete and secure website or customer portal online for you in no time. Completely tailored to your business process and perfectly integrated with all other Microsoft solutions. You can store acquired customer data in Dataverse and then use it intelligently for follow-up actions, for example. Or securely share a real-time Power BI report on your website. And what is very easy if you are a user and you want to get started with your website... you simply access it with your Microsoft login.

Through hundreds of pre-built Data connectors, we can connect everything within the Power Platform. And also connect components to Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 and Azure, for example. Before you know it, this is how we build a complete business solution for you.

AI Builder

Add AI

With AI Builder, we easily add artificial intelligence (AI) to apps and work processes we develop for you within the Power Platform. Think of predicting data, recognising text, classifying images and automating processes based on AI.

Dataverse

Manage data centrally

Within the Power Platform, Dataverse is the central place for storage and management of all structured data within your company. This gives all Microsoft applications a central point to access data. Dataverse ensures a uniform data structure and makes it easy to share and integrate data between the various Power Platform components. Dataverse is also where Dynamics 365 stores data. It is also the source that Copilot, Microsoft's AI assistant, uses to get to work on your data.
