Keep your company up-to-date in IT

Long-term relationships, that's what we go for! That is why we provide our clients with a so-called IT roadmap as standard. On the basis of this roadmap, we continuously keep you informed of all new IT developments. So that your company always remains secure and up-to-date and takes maximum advantage of the technological opportunities available.

The IT roadmap: this is what the route looks like

Together, we periodically look at your company's IT vision, business objectives and requirements, discuss what we can and want to improve, and determine the concrete projects that will result. We map out improvements based on the PPT framework (looking at the ideal interaction between the three pillars of people, processes and technology). We organise the projects into continuity, safety, flexibility and functionality.

In the project calendar, we record all projects and give an indication of the corresponding planning and investment. In this way, you are continuously informed about possible future IT projects and you also know where you stand in terms of budget.

We regularly update the IT roadmap. For example, after periodic discussions with our consultant, engineer and/or account manager.

The IT roadmap provides you with answers to questions such as:

What is possible to embed our IT (even) more into our primary business processes?
How do we make our IT environment more flexible?
What will our workplaces look like in two years and how do we prepare our organisation for that?
Can we achieve IT savings without curtailing our service offering?
How do we make our infrastructure safer?

IT roadmap Gold

Would you like a strategic consultation moment every six months? Then choose the IT roadmap Gold
In the Gold track, we structurally hold a strategic session every six months, during which we really go into depth. As with the PPT workshop, we do this with a delegation from your organisation (you as entrepreneur and a selection of key users or departmental managers) and with our business consultant, one of our MT members and our account manager.

During each session, which we prepare down to the last detail, we focus on your organisation's vision and goals, but we also discuss in detail the experiences and needs of your employees who work with the systems and processes on a daily basis.

Together we discuss:

Your goals and ambitions for the coming period.

The impact of changes on your organisation due to, for example, growth, market developments or internal developments.

Which projects have been completed and what that means for your staff.

Which improvements can increase job satisfaction and productivity.

What new challenges and desires your employees have.

At the end of the session, we jointly have a clear and up-to-date picture of where you are as an organisation and where you want to go. Via the project calendar that we update together based on all the insights, we make concrete what we are going to improve and when we are going to do it.
