Our customer success philosophy
Getting to work in your new online workplace for the first time, setting up your new laptop, phone or tablet, working with Microsoft programmes... at IT Local, we support you and your colleagues in this. We do this based on our customer success philosophy. The staff in our customer success team will help you on your way, answer your questions and solve things for you, so that changes become improvements for you. And so that you, your colleagues, and your company are successful through our solutions, services and the (Microsoft) products we deliver. Our team also likes to go the extra mile to help you work even smarter. For example, via inspiration sessions and training courses.
Our customer success team
Our customer success team consists of Gaby (team leader), Damiën, Marvin and Bryan, who will help you get started in your new online workplace. Or make sure you get more out of your workplace. They do this via Teams, by phone or at your premises. Because our workplace is based on Microsoft 365, they have extensive knowledge of all Microsoft apps and are happy to share this knowledge with you.
