Setting goals together and comprehensive inventory
Step 1 in the IT adoption process: together you define a strategic goal. You share this within the organisation, so that everyone knows what we are going for. Then we will hold discussions with key users from your organisation. In all possible areas that are relevant to working comfortably in the cloud later on. Together, we take stock of business processes, apps, devices, roles, functions, working methods, data and folder structure, internal and external collaboration, communication channels and knowledge level. Of course, we also map out all requirements.

Before we get started with the new workplace, we look together at what is needed to make the workplace land well with your employees. To what extent and how should we make them aware of the changes, inspire them and provide them with instructions? In doing so, we deploy appropriate communication tools and channels. For instance, we give practical workshops on location and put documentation in a central place in Teams. We are also happy to contribute ideas for you to work on yourself or with our help.
Unburdening after start-up
Once you are working with your company in the new environment, we will provide sufficient support for your employees in the initial period, for example through our customer success staff.
On the way to a higher level
Once everyone is used to their new workplace and comfortable with it, we stay in touch to look with you for new ways to work even smarter and more efficiently. Often, updates of the workplace are a good trigger to get together. After the IT adoption process, we are happy to provide additional or in-depth training to take everyone to the next level.
