Is your organisation ready for Copilot?

Sensitive client information or a colleague’s salary details could suddenly become visible if you put Copilot to work for you. If your Microsoft environment isn’t set up properly, this could easily happen. With our Copilot readiness scan, you can find out whether you’re ready to get started safely. What’s more, you’ll discover to what extent your organisation and staff are ready to make the use of Copilot a success.

Microsoft Copilot can make your work a lot easier. But what if your Microsoft 365 environment isn’t yet properly set up for it? Then existing problems can suddenly become very apparent. Imagine an employee asking Copilot a question about their pay scale and unexpectedly seeing their colleagues’ salaries and details. Or a document containing sensitive customer information suddenly appearing in a Copilot response.

But even if you’ve sorted out security properly and purchased the licences, you’re not there yet. After all, what use is Copilot if your staff hardly ever use it?

Prepare yourself with the Copilot readiness scan

Our Copilot Readiness Scan shows you where you currently stand and what steps are needed to deploy Microsoft Copilot safely and effectively within your organisation.

  • A technical scan highlights your risks and areas for improvement, for example regarding access rights, information shared too widely, corrupted data and information management.
  • Through an adoption scan – a supplementary analysis based on one or more interviews – we examine the human and organisational aspects: to what extent is your organisation ready to start working with Copilot, and what adoption measures might be necessary to ensure its successful use?
  • Following the technical scan and the adoption scan, you will receive a clear advisory report setting out all risks, priorities and a feasible action plan. We will discuss this with you. Would you like to get started with the recommendations afterwards? Then we will, of course, be happy to help you take the next steps.
