HR app
HR self-service
HR staff often lose a lot of time dealing with all kinds of employee requests and the administration involved. An app that lets employees perform some tasks themselves (such as claiming and requesting leave) and gives them real-time insight (into pay slips, leave balances and appraisals) saves HR time. And also benefits employees. We have been working with such an HR app ourselves for some time to our complete satisfaction.
Colleague app
Find a colleague
In large organisations, it is often difficult to find a colleague's contact details. Sometimes you don't even know a colleague. An app that lets you search through different search inputs can help with that. As an organisation, you can capture all possible info of colleagues and make it insightful and also apply clever features like adding a direct call or direct chat button. We have developed such a colleague app for one of our clients.
Help with file creation
For one of our clients, we built a chatbot that helps employees within Teams to create a common type of file. The chatbot asks the employee a few questions and creates the file based on the answers. The advantage is not only that it is easier, but also that the file always has a correct file name. And is in the right Teams channel, in the right folder and with the underlying folders and files needed.
Understanding app usage
Which apps are most used within an organisation? By whom and when? For one of our clients, we built a handy dashboard in Power BI that provides useful insights. For example, that some employees do not use an app at all. This insight allows our client to reduce the number of licences and thus save costs. Or, on the contrary, pay more attention to the use of the app if it is important when implementing a new way of working.
