In our PPT workshop, we examine together how your people (People), processes (Process) and technology (Technology) are attuned to each other and especially where they can be improved. We do this from a strategic framework and with the aim of making the right choices for your organisation to grow further.
Beforehand: on the shop floor
Prior to the workshop, our business consultant talks to your employees on location. He looks along, asks questions and maps out where the daily bottlenecks and opportunities lie. We want to know:
- What your employees run into on a day-to-day basis.
- Which manual or cumbersome steps could be smarter.
- Where there is frustration, ambiguity or waste.
- What exactly does go well and we can build on.
By literally walking with your people, we get a sharp picture of how processes really work. We incorporate our findings in a clear overview. This includes concrete points for improvement per process area, technical opportunities and quick wins, insight into bottlenecks and energisers and ideas for adoption and training. The overview gives you an honest and well-founded picture of how your organisation is functioning and where there is room for improvement.
Strategic session: from today to tomorrow
After the preliminary work, we hold the PPT workshop: a strategic session with you, your organisation's key users, our business consultant, one of our MT members and our account manager. The focus is on your vision of your organisation's future: Where are you now and where do you want to grow to? How do you scale up? What people and resources do you need to achieve this? And what role does IT play in that development?
Once we have your organisation's vision in focus, we compare it with our findings and together look at what is going well now, what needs to change and what has priority. On this basis, we make choices together that we translate into concrete projects.
In the project calendar, we record all projects and give an indication of the associated planning and investment. This way, you are constantly informed about possible future IT projects and also know where you stand in terms of budget. We discuss and update the project calendar periodically during our IT roadmap sessions.
