24/7 monitoring of your internet connections
With all the cloud services available today, a good internet connection is more important than ever. Our management system checks 24/7 whether your internet connections are available and stable. Is the accessibility of a specific website or external server crucial? Then we are happy to monitor it for you as well. Does our management system indicate that the Internet connection or external site is unavailable? If so, we will inform you immediately and can call in the internet provider for you.

Robust and reliable data storage
We use our management system to monitor local data storage devices on your network (NAS or SAN) for any signs of (imminent) failure. This allows us to act quickly in case of problems and prevent data loss. Example: If a data storage device indicates that one of your hard drives is experiencing many read errors, we receive this signal. And we will then work with our suppliers to ensure that this disk is replaced as soon as possible.

For maximum stability and security, we periodically check the NAS and SAN devices themselves for software and firmware updates.

No damage in case of unexpected power failures
Power failure or irregular voltage can sometimes cause damage to data storage. Or to the servers that use that data. A UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) shuts down your servers automatically and cleanly in the event of a power failure. And restarts them when there is a stable power supply again. Do you have a UPS? Then our management system will monitor it for signs of problems.

Always good connections via cable and Wi-Fi
To ensure that your network traffic also runs smoothly internally, we ensure the correct configuration and monitoring of your switches and Wi-Fi access points. Here, our management system keeps an eye on whether a network device breaks down or sends traffic badly. In most cases, we can then solve problems quickly - remotely.

Avoid a server room that is too hot
The right server room temperature is important for proper operation of servers and data storage. That is why our management system also reads alarms from temperature sensors. And we immediately notify the right parties of possible cooling problems. So that they can take action.
